Martello was born at the Noel Holmes hospital in Lucea, Hanover, Jamaica. After graduating from Rusea's High School in 2001, Martello went to the University of Technology and completed his Bachelor of Science in Computing & IT. This passion for technology saw him join BlackBerry, one of the world's leaders in digital technology at the time where he helped them secure multiple patents. After BlackBerry, Martello embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship and continues to do so to date. He operates Konsolt.Beyond Technology Corporation, a mobile application consulting firm where he assists companies like Bell, Rogers, Telus and Fido in making their mobile applications scale for the modern consumer.
