Siobhan (Shavon) Bent

Siobhan Bent; a Mother, Marketplace Minister, Mortgage Broker, Author and Legacy Coach decided early on that real estate was going to be the way she broke the cycle of generational poverty within her family. Siobhan took the leap of faith to purchase her first property at the age of twenty-three, with the support of a mortgage professional and she instantly fell in love with the real estate industry. A short time later, she made the bold decision to quit her full-time job and jump head first into entrepreneurship in the Mortgage industry. For the last twenty years Siobhan, also known as The MortgageLady, has been helping families to navigate through the complicated world of Money & Mortgage Financing and she LOVES it!

After becoming a Mom, Siobhan's passion to build an empire for her son quickly evolved into a vision much greater than herself, which led to Siobhan launching the “Mortgages 4 Moms” community. A community that provides the financial education, resources and opportunities that will help Moms build a Legacy for their babies. In recent years, Siobhan was recognized as one of the “150 HERstory in Black”, black women who have made a place in Canadian History featured by CBC. She is also a Black Business Award Recipient for being a Role Model in the community. Siobhan has proven to be a Mommy on a Mission to educate and empower both the Kingdom and her Community!
